Valuables
Please keep valuables secure, there are safes available in each apartment.
Luggage Storage:
Before Check In we can store your luggage complimentary. Please note, if you do not return before the reception closes, you may incur a
call out fee of $100.
Keys:
Replacement of Lost or Damaged Swipe Cards/Keys will incur a $100 fee payable immediately by the guest.
Good to Book:
For the safety & security of all guests & staff, we refer to the Good to Book database to run a check on our guests upon arrival. If
a guest name comes up in any fraudulent or malicious activity we reserve the right to refuse the guest & cancel their booking.
Additionally, if we experience any of the above during a guest stay we will report the guest to the database.

Pool & Spa
Open daily 7am–9pm.
Please dry off before heading through the common areas, and remember... no glass or smoking in the pool area. Pool towels are available at
Reception for $3 each.
BBQ Area
Nothing says Gold Coast like a BBQ by the pool! Feel free to use our facilities and please clean up after use.
Gym
For guests 13+. Towels and gym shoes required.
Your apartment is yours to enjoy - please treat it with care.
Housekeeping
Staying 7 nights or more? You’ll receive a mid-stay service. Want extra fresh towels or a tidy-up sooner? Mini services are available on
request (fees apply).
Air Conditioning
Keep windows and doors closed when it’s on. Don’t set it below 21°C to avoid freezing the unit.
Rubbish
Chutes are on each level. Please wrap rubbish before disposing. Glass and large items go in the crate down the basement carpark.
Laundry
Each apartment includes a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Please clean the lint filter after using the dryer.
Dishwasher & Kitchen
Use dishwashing powder only (not liquid). Turn on the kitchen exhaust fan when cooking.
Towels & Amenities
A starter pack of coffee, tea, and toiletries is provided on arrival. Additional items can be purchased from Reception.
Maintenance or Breakages
Something not working? Let Reception know - we’ll sort it out quickly.
Fire Alarm & Smoke Detectors
Unnecessary Fire Alarm Activations will incur a call out fee of approx. $1600. To avoid a false alarm please do not touch the ceiling
sprinklers or cause excessive cooking smoke or steam within the apartment, ensure you turn on the rangehood when cooking & open doors &
windows. If smoke does occur please fan the smoke away from the smoke detectors immediately.
WiFi
Your phone should automatically connect however if your phone does require a password its supersaver TV & Chrome Cast

Each apartment has one allocated underground car park.
Make sure your parking permit is displayed - unregistered vehicles may be towed.
Keys & Fobs
Your fob allows access to the car park and facilities. The keys are for the doors.
If you’re locked out after hours, press the late arrival button at the entrance for assistance or call 07 5584 9600 (service fee
applies).
We are a smoke-free property, smoking inside the apartment will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
Please be mindful of others. Quiet hours are 10pm–7am.
For everyone’s safety, strictly no throwing or dropping objects from balconies or windows. This includes rubbish, food, or any
personal items.
Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave without refund for inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour.
Check-out time is 10am.
Need a little extra time? Ask Reception, late checkouts may be available (fees apply).
Booked direct? You’re in luck! Enjoy a complimentary 11am check-out, simply
chat with our team to arrange it.
Leaving early? Let us know the day before to arrange key drop-off.
