If market shopping is an interest of yours, Carrara Markets are Australia’s biggest permanent markets and are located just a 6-minute drive from our resort. They run every weekend from 7am until 4pm.

The Broadbeach Art and Craft Markets offer a great family activity and are just a short walk from Ocean Pacific Resort. These markets offer over 150 stalls and are open every first and third Sunday of the month (depending on the weather) between 8.00am – 2.30pm and are located at Kurrawa Park on the beach.

On Wednesday, Friday and Sunday nights, Surfers Paradise becomes a market paradise. The beach is lined with around 120 various markets. The markets may not run in bad weather and are held from 4.00pm – 9.00pm at the Foreshore, Surfers Paradise.

Miami’s ‘Gold Coast Organic Farmers Market’ is the areas first market of its kind selling the best quality produce available. These markets are held every Sunday from 6.00am – 11.30am at Miami State High School.

Harbour Town offers direct outlet shopping all in one place with high-end stores, retailers and fashion boutiques all at discount prices just an 18-minute drive from the resort. Various other factory outlets are also located across the Gold Coast.

The Gold Coast is full of exquisite cuisines and has a vibrant shopping culture. Our friendly reception staff are locals to the area and are happy to help guide you in the right direction.
